Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 3 September 2026

Who you are contracting with

These terms are a contract between you and Leya Health ("Leya Health", "we", "us"), the provider of the educational modules, guides and newsletters made available on this website. By accessing or continuing to use the site or any module, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

You confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this contract, and that any information you give us (including the email address you buy with) is accurate and kept up to date.

What we provide

Leya Health sells digital educational modules about PCOS/PMOS, plus free guides and a newsletter. Purchases grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the modules you have bought, for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Our content is educational and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional, and you should never disregard or delay medical advice because of something you read here.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

  • use it for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose, or to send spam;
  • copy, resell, redistribute, publish or share the modules, or circumvent any technical access limit;
  • infringe our intellectual property or that of anyone else;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the service — including introducing malware, probing or scanning it, or scraping it by automated means;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source of any part of the service.

Access is tied to the email address used at checkout. You are responsible for activity carried out through your purchase email and should keep access to it secure.

Intellectual property

All content, materials, software, branding and documentation forming part of the service remain the property of Leya Health or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Payment, billing and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own refund commitment is set out in our Refund Policy. Modules are sold as one-time purchases giving ongoing access; prices are shown at checkout inclusive of any applicable tax.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access where there is a material breach of these terms, non-payment or a reversed payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of the acceptable use rules above. Where access ends, sections on intellectual property, liability and governing law continue to apply.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, data or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or your breach of these terms.

General

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
